I was inspired by incredibly beautiful and colourful Japanese maple trees. Also, by peaceful memories of mushroom picking fom my happy childhood.
Long before trees overtook the land, Earth was covered by giant mushrooms. From around 420 to 350 million years ago. Mushrooms have spiritual meaning, because some cultures believe they were created by God to show us the way in life.
The oldest fossil of a maple dates to around 100 million years ago too. Japanese maple symbolizes great blessings and peace. Maple is a tree that helps to find peace of mind for people, brings comfort, and self-confidence. It is a tree of inner strength.
